1. What DesignHenna is
DesignHenna is an editorial website that publishes guides about natural henna for hair, skin and brows, and about jagua. We are a publisher, not a store: we do not sell, ship or fulfil any product. Product links on the site point to Amazon.com, where any purchase is a transaction between you and Amazon or the seller listed there, under their terms.
2. Affiliate links and advertising
DesignHenna is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, DesignHenna earns from qualifying purchases. Prices and availability shown on the site are retrieved from Amazon’s Product Advertising API and refreshed daily; the price shown on Amazon at the time of purchase is the price that applies. 3. Information, not advice
Content on DesignHenna is for general information. Henna, indigo, jagua and related products are cosmetics; individual reactions vary. Nothing on this site is medical, dermatological or professional advice. Always read the manufacturer’s instructions and ingredient list, patch-test before use, keep products away from eyes and broken skin, and consult a clinician if you have a history of skin allergy, are pregnant, or have any concern. 4. Accuracy and updates
We research every guide, cite sources, and update pages when products, prices or science change; the “Updated” date on each page reflects the last real content change. Even so, we cannot guarantee that every statement is complete or current, and product listings on Amazon change without notice. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it.
5. Intellectual property
The text, structure and original images on DesignHenna are owned by DesignHenna or used with permission and are protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not republish whole pages, scrape the site, or use its content to train commercial models without written permission. Product names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products described.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the site’s operation, attempt to access non-public areas, use automated tools that burden the site, or use the site for anything unlawful.
7. Legacy features
DesignHenna previously offered an AI design-generation tool with paid credits. That tool is no longer promoted and may be unavailable. Any credits previously purchased remain subject to the terms in force at the time of purchase; questions about a past purchase can be sent to sukielovesupport@gmail.com.

Links to Amazon, the FDA, manufacturers and other sites are provided for reference. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products, privacy practices or terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DesignHenna and its editor are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the site or of any product you buy through links on it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us, which for readers is zero.
